KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are measurable metrics that organizations use to evaluate and track their performance in achieving specific business objectives. In Addition, these indicators provide a clear and quantifiable way to assess progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. KPIs vary across industries and business functions, reflecting the priorities and goals of an organization. Whether related to financial performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, or other strategic aspects, KPIs play a crucial role in guiding decision-making and driving overall organizational success.Recommended the following KPIs for School Employees;
